  • 1 can Bay bean
  • 1/4 bacon
  • 1/4 sausage
  • 6 turkey sausage
  • 1/4 turkey hams, of a thickness of 5 mm
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 5 serrano peppers, (It is a bit spicy, you can add or remove depending on your taste)
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic, medium
  • 3 stems fresh coriander
  • salt, to taste

Chop the garlic, onion, tomato and chili in small squares. In the case of tomato without seed and if you prefer do the same with jalapeño.
Chop the sausages and the sausage into rounds.
Chop the bacon and ham in regular pieces.
In a previously hot clay pot pour the bacon, the longaniza, the onion and the garlic, and fry the elements until they are a little golden.
