Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 pieces of tomato without seeds and chopped
  • 1/4 of piece of onion chopped
  • 1 piece of serrano pepper finely chopped
  • 2 coriander washed, disinfected and chopped
  • Salt a pinch
  • ground black peppers a pinch
  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice
  • 8 pieces of corn tortilla chip mini baked
  • 1/2 Cup of Hummus Obela® Toasted Chiles
  • 1/2 piece of avocado in slices

    Preparation

    Combine vegetables in a bowl with cilantro, salt, pepper and lemon juice; stir well to incorporate all the flavors.
    Spread toast with Hummus Obela® Chiles Toreados and serve over pico de gallo and avocado.
    Place on an extended plate to share!
