Preparation
Preparation of potatoes: Cut the potatoes into pieces, wash well and let drain. In a pan, put the oil over medium heat and confit the potatoes for 20 minutes. Take out and let cool.
Preparation of the spicy tomato sauce: In a frying pan, put oil, chopped garlic and chopped chilli pepper. When it begins to brown add the jar of tomato sauce. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes. Let it cold down.
Preparation of garlic mayonnaise: Casca the egg to a bowl. Should a piece of shell fall, remove it. Place it in the glass of the blender , add the lemon juice and salt. Pour the oil little by little, while you bats everything. Plug in the blender and insert the beater arm into the beaker. Turn it on and hold it still without moving until it thickens. When you see that it has taken body, make smooth, ascending and descending movements, until a homogeneous sauce remains.
