Preparation
Wash the zucchini, cut one into thin slices and the other 4 into cubes.
Sliced pumpkin is seasoned and fried. Reserve to place.
In a pan with a little olive oil add the zucchini with lemon, salt and pepper.
Fill the squid with the zucchini mixture.
Pass it through the flour and in a pan with a lot of very hot olive oil fry the stuffed squid adding a little salt. Put on a plate with paper towels to remove excess fat.
Cut and serve on a bed with the zucchini sliced and cooked.
