These tomato bruschettas with mozzarella cheese are delicious, simple and fast tapas. They are a very tasty sandwich that will make you shine in your meetings. Prepare them and share them with everyone.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 24 slices baguette bread
  • 300 grams mozzarella cheese, in thin slices
  • 6 saladette tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
Mix the oil and garlic. Smear both sides of the bread slices with a bit of the oil mixture. Place them on a baking sheet. Ã rooms of 1 to 2 minutes per side or until both sides are a bit toasted.
Place each of the toast with 1 slice of cheese and a little of the tomatoes.
Bake 1 to 2 more minutes or until the cheese melts. Add a little oregano and serve hot.

TIPS

You can occupy dried oregano if you do not have fresh.
