Delicious flour tortilla with tuna and cheese, I love preparing this dish as a dinner, it is light on tuna. You can make them with corn tortilla if you wish or with chipotle omelette.

Preparation
Finely chop the onion, tomato and coriander leaves. Sauté in a little butter.
Add the tuna and stir with the vegetables. Add salt and pepper and stir from the stove.
Place on the flour tortilla a slice of cheese (from the middle towards one end). On the tortilla place the tuna and on top of the tuna, another slice of cheese. Fold the tortilla in two.
Put to heat on a griddle or pan without oil. When the cheese has melted, turn the tortilla to heat it on the other side.
