This is a fun and different way to eat vegetables, with a rich chamoy sauce. It is very crispy by peanuts and soft by enchiladas gummies. Prepare it for your parties and special events, you just need jicama, cucumber and carrot to prepare this practical and delicious easy snack recipe.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 cups of jicama avada, disinfected, dried and grated
  • 4 cups of cucumber washed, disinfected, dried and grated
  • 4 cups of carrot washed, disinfected, dried and grated
  • 1 Cup of mango in cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of spicy gummy
  • 1/2 Cup of japanese peanut
  • 1/4 of Cup of lemon juice
  • 1/2 Cup of liquid chamoy
  • 2 spoonfuls of chilli powder

    Preparation

    Line a thread mold with plasticized paper. Place a layer of jicama, a cucumber and a carrot, forming three layers. Refrigerate
    Unmold the thread on the plate, place the mango, peanuts and jelly beans.
    Serve with lemon juice, liquid chamoy and powdered chamoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Bathe the thread with the chamoy and decorate with the sweets.
