Preparation
Mix the flours with the butter and the baking powder and knead until you have a non-sticky elastic ball.
Scratch the cheese and mix with the ball that is well incorporated.
Cut the ball into about 10 small balls.
Put a waxed paper for oven in a charrola, butcher the paper.
Crush the balls on the paper so that they are separated and approximately half a centimeter thick. Dust with basil.
Bake about 15 to 20 minutes over medium heat (180 degrees)
