Ingredients

6 portions
  • 6 teaspoons Margarine Primavera® Chantilly
  • 4 teaspoons Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 4 cups cauliflower, Cooked

Preparation

In a pot place the potatoes and cover them with cold water. Place in the fire and cook the potatoes.
Peel the potatoes and mash them together with the cooked cauliflower.
In a saucepan over medium heat melt the Chatnillly® Salt-free Margarine Spring and add the mashed potatoes. Integrate well and add milk little by little. Mix well and season with Knorr® Swiss chicken broth until everything is well integrated.

excelente muy bueno y no sabe a coliflor ya que no les gusta a mis hijas por lo que necesitaron descubrir que tiene por lo sabroso
