Ingredients

6 servings
  • 4 pieces of tomato
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 Cube of Knorr Tomato® Tomato Seasoning
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1 kilo of White onion filleted
  • 1 teaspoonful of oregano
  • 1 can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce chopped
  • 12 pieces of Corn tortillas baked
  • 1 1/2 cups of black beans rehash

    Preparation

    Boil the tomatoes and when they are soft, brown them with the garlic, the cube of Knorr Tomato® Tomato Seasoning and a cup of the cooking liquid.
    Heat the oil in a pot and fry the onion over low heat until softened and lightly browned.
    Pour the liquefied tomato and let it cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Add the oregano, the chipotles and cook for 3 more minutes.
    Spread some beans on each toast and place a bit of onion tinga on top of them. It serves.

    TIPS

    Serve with grated fresh cheese.
