Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 teaspoons of oil
  • 1/4 of Cup of White onion chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic chopped
  • 500 grams of ground beef beef
  • 2 pieces of tomato cut in quarters
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 1 Cube of Knorr® Tomato Seasoning
  • 1/2 Cup of carrot cut into cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of pea
  • 8 pieces of Corn tortillas
  • 1/2 Cup of corn oil to fry
  • 1/4 of piece of Romaine lettuce
  • 3/4 of Cup of Panela cheese grated
  • 4 teaspoons of cream reduced in fat

    Preparation

    Heat 2 teaspoons of corn oil and fry the onion with the garlic. Add the meat and cook until golden brown.
    Blend the tomato, water and cube of Knorr® Tomato Seasoning, strain and reserve.
    Pour the liquefied tomato into the pot with the meat, bring to a boil, add the vegetables and cook over medium heat for 3 more minutes.
    Distribute the picadillo in the tortillas caluentes and form the flutes.
    Heat the oil and fry the flutes until they are crispy, let them drain on absorbent paper.
    Serve two flutes per plate and garnish with lettuce, cheese and cream.
