Preparation
Peel and clean the shrimp and place them in a deep dish.
Squeeze the juice of 4 lemons over the shrimp and let them soak for 15 minutes.
Rinse the shrimp, dry and place in a bowl.
Peel the cucumbers. Cut one of them into small cubes and add to the dish with the shrimp.
Cut the onion into slices and add to the dish with the shrimp.
Blend the juice of the remaining lemons, the white vinegar, the remaining cucumber and the chilies. Season with salt to taste.
To bathe the shrimps with the sauce and to allow that they marinate at least 15 minutes before serving.
