Prepare this green aguachile of fresh tuna based on cucumber, lemon and the spicy touch of the chile serrano that will make water in your mouth. This dish mixed with pieces of cucumber, chile serrano and purple onion is going to be the perfect mix for you to prepare a toast.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 cups lemon juice
  • 2 serrano peppers
  • 1/4 cups fresh coriander
  • 1/2 cucumbers, without seed and cut into cubes
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 red onions
  • 1/2 cucumbers, in cubes
  • 1/4 cups serrano pepper, sliced
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 package Tuna Cubes Dolores® Yellow Fin
  • 1 radish, cut into slices, to decorate
  • 1 avocado, cut into segments, to decorate
  • to taste cucumber, in rolls to decorate
  • to taste fried or toasted corn tortilla, To accompany

Preparation

Blend lemon juice, serrano pepper, cilantro, cucumber and salt. Reservation.
In a bowl mix the onion, cucumber and serrano pepper, add the Aguachile and season with salt to your liking. Mix the tuna cubes Dolores® Yellow Fin with the previous preparation, serve and decorate with radish, avocado and cucumber. Accompany with toast.

PRESENTATION

Serve the Aguachile and decorate with the radish and avocado, accompany with toast.
