Blend lemon juice, serrano pepper, cilantro, cucumber and salt. Reservation.
In a bowl mix the onion, cucumber and serrano pepper, add the Aguachile and season with salt to your liking. Mix the tuna cubes Dolores® Yellow Fin with the previous preparation, serve and decorate with radish, avocado and cucumber. Accompany with toast.
