With this recipe you can prepare a delicious fish with almonds, you will be the star in this Lent.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 kilo fish, red snapper or catfish, sliced
  • 250 grams almond, finely chopped
  • 500 grams raisin
  • 1 can pickled chili, in rajas, 250 grams
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 sachet ground bread, bimbo
  • 1 pinch fine herbs
  • 1 bar butter

Preparation

The fish is washed well with a little lemon juice to remove the bad smell. The almond is soaked in hot water, cleaned and chopped. The raisins are washed.
Spread the butter in the saucepan. Put 1 layer of fish, then sprinkle the bread finely, add a layer of almond, then a layer of raisin and then layer of chilies in vinegar with everything and vinegar. A pinch of fine herbs is added. The operation is repeated until the ingredients are finished.

TIPS

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C put the refractory from 20 minutes to 30 minutes.
