Ingredients

6 portions
  • 250 grams ax callus
  • 10 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cups honey
  • balsamic vinegars

Preparation

In a pot mix the vinegar and honey. Let it reduce a little.
Roll each callus with half a slice of bacon.
Bake the callus at 180ºC for about 10 minutes.
Pour a little of the honey mixture on the calluses.
Stick a toothpick to each callus and serve.
