This is an exquisite recipe for ax tripe in white wine. Ideal if you want to have a meeting in this Lent.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 24 ax calluses
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 tablespoons bee honey
  • 2 tablespoons ginger
  • olive oils
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

In a bowl pour the ax tripe with a little olive oil and salt pepper. Leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour so that the corns are marinated.
To make a special sauce that goes with the tripe, pour the soy sauce, the juice of the lemons, the honey and the ginger.
Finally, heat a frying pan with a little oil, seal the corns well and leave them a little brown and add the butter and white wine.
Lower the heat and leave about 1 minute. Turn off the fire and serve immediately.

PRESENTATION

Accompany the ax tripe with the oriental sauce and rice and steamed vegetables on a plate.
