Preparation
In a bowl pour the ax tripe with a little olive oil and salt pepper. Leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour so that the corns are marinated.
To make a special sauce that goes with the tripe, pour the soy sauce, the juice of the lemons, the honey and the ginger.
Finally, heat a frying pan with a little oil, seal the corns well and leave them a little brown and add the butter and white wine.
Lower the heat and leave about 1 minute. Turn off the fire and serve immediately.
