Trout super easy to make and delicious, you can prepare for any Friday of Lent or even for luxury dinner with your partner or friends.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 trout
  • 4 saladette tomatoes
  • 1 can pitted olive, drained
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 onions, median
  • 1/2 cups white wine
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

Cut the half onion into slices, and cut the tomatoes, garlic cloves and olives into very thin pieces.
At medium / slow heat, heat the oil in a frying pan, once hot add the garlic, onion, tomato and olives. Once all the ingredients are fried (10 min approx), add the white wine and stir constantly until the alcohol of the wine evaporates (15 min approx).
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius
Put each trout individually in aluminum foil, place the proportional part of the pan mixture, and wrap the trout with the vegetable mixture in the aluminum foil.
Place the 4 trouts in the oven for 25 minutes.

PRESENTATION

It is served in aluminum foil, and it can be accompanied with a salad of lettuce, tomato, cheese and croutons.
