Preparation
Blend broad chiles with 2 cloves of garlic, 1/4 onion, 3 cloves, peppers, salt and vinegar.
Spread the pieces of fish with the previous mixture and leave to marinate for approximately 30 minutes.
Cook the tomatoes with 1 clove of garlic, 2 cloves, a piece of onion and the bay leaves.
Blend the cooking of the tomatoes together with the pinch of oregano and cumin and salt.
Grease a refractory and place the marinated fish. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, add the sauce that we previously liquefied and bake another 10 minutes more.
