Breaded Tilapia with Panko and Spicy Tartara Sauce

This recipe is an exquisite pan of tilapia pancake with spicy tartar sauce, ideal for children. It is a delicious food that most people like, but because of its shape it has a greater impact on children.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose wheat flour, for all use
  • 2 tablespoons Maggi chicken broth, divided use
  • 1 egg, big
  • 1 cup ground bread
  • 4 fish steaks, of tilapia
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons pickle, sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce, Tabasco, Tapatio or Cholula

Preparation

Put the flour and 1 tablespoon of broth in a shallow dish and mix well.
Beat an egg in another shallow dish. Put the panko and the remaining tablespoon of the broth in a shallow third dish and mix well.
Put the fish in the flour mixture, covering both sides.
Dip the fish in the beaten egg, bathing both sides. Then put the fish in the panko mixture, covering both sides. Place the fish in a baking dish.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the fish is fully cooked and the pan is golden brown.
FOR SPICY TARTARA SAUCE: Combine mayonnaise, pickle and hot sauce in a small bowl. For a more spicy sauce add more hot sauce to your liking.
