Preparation
Put the flour and 1 tablespoon of broth in a shallow dish and mix well.
Beat an egg in another shallow dish. Put the panko and the remaining tablespoon of the broth in a shallow third dish and mix well.
Put the fish in the flour mixture, covering both sides.
Dip the fish in the beaten egg, bathing both sides. Then put the fish in the panko mixture, covering both sides. Place the fish in a baking dish.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the fish is fully cooked and the pan is golden brown.
FOR SPICY TARTARA SAUCE: Combine mayonnaise, pickle and hot sauce in a small bowl. For a more spicy sauce add more hot sauce to your liking.
