Ingredients

4 servings
  • 300 grams of fresh shrimp peeled
  • 3 pieces of San Juan® egg
  • enough of oil
  • enough of flour
  • enough of salt and pepper
  • 12 pieces of flour tortillas
  • enough of lettuce
  • 2 pieces of tomato
  • 1 piece of avocado
  • 1 piece of red onion
  • enough of green lemon to serve
  • enough of cream to serve
  • enough of green sauce raw

    Preparation

    Spice up the shrimp and pass them through the flour. Reserve.
    Separate the whites and beat until stiff. Mix with the yolk and cover the shrimp.
    Fry until golden brown. Drain and reserve.
    Heat the flour tortillas and place the shrimp upon them.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with lettuce, tomato, onion, avocado, a few drops of lemon and green sauce.
