Fillet of salmon on a mirror of parmesan sauce, shrimp and a garnish of vegetables.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 220 grams Salmon, in 1 piece
  • 1/2 cups Bechamel sauce
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 4 shrimps
  • enough soybean sprouts
  • enough Bell pepper
  • enough carrot, Cooked
  • enough mushroom
  • to taste black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Preparation

We put the salmon in the pan with butter and a little oil over medium heat, we leave it there leaving it to cook to taste.
In another pan with butter and oil, chopped vegetables are cooked in cubes. Seasoning to taste and leaving them crispy, at the end add the shrimp that are not very cooked. Remove from the fire by pushing them away.
Add the Parmesan cheese to the béchamel sauce and put on a low heat until the cheese melts.
To mount the mirror parmesan sauce is placed on the plate in four corners, put a shrimp, in the center of the plate the garnish of the vegetable is placed and on top of it the salmon already cooked.
And it is disgustingly DELICIOSOOOOOOO .... :)

PRESENTATION

Rosemary or parsley for decoration.

TIPS

For greater seasoning add lemon and chopped garlic to the garnish of the vegetable.
