Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 sausage, smoked, cut into slices
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 4 codfish, salty
  • black pepper, freshly ground
  • 8 tomatoes, large, cut into slices
  • twigs thyme
  • 2 leaves bay (laurel)
  • 1 bottle dry white wine
  • 1 fist basil, fresh and parsley
  • 500 grams shrimp, fresh, raw
  • 125 grams olive

Preparation

Start by browning the cod in a little oil, reserve. Then add the chorizo ​​and garlic to the cataplana and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
Combine the cod with the cataplana, season well with pepper. Top with the tomatoes and season again with pepper. Add the herbs and cover with the wine. Close the cataplana and cook for 20 minutes.
Add the shrimp, cook for 5 more minutes, add the olives.
Sprinkle everything with herbs and serve.
