Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1/2 kilo of prawn
  • 1/2 kilo of mussel
  • 1/2 kilo of clam
  • 1/2 kilo of anchovy
  • 100 grams of vegetable shortening
  • 2 soup spoons of oil
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • Salt and pepper
  • white wines

    Preparation

    Peel the prawns. In a saucepan over medium heat put the mussels so that they open themselves and remove those that are closed. Clean the clams and anchovies. Slowly simmer a clay pot with butter, oil, the chopped vegetables without seeds and the water released by the mussels. Spice with salt and pepper; add seafood and anchovies, wine and a little water if necessary.
    Let simmer for 20 minutes and serve.
