Ceviche de Mojarra

Super fresh and delicious mojarra ceviche. In Mexico, the mojarra ceviche is very popular, the flavor is very characteristic.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kilos mojarra, cool
  • 1/2 kilos Colima lemon, small green
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1/2 bunches fresh coriander
  • 2 jalapeno Peppers
  • black pepper
  • 1 package fried or toasted corn tortilla
  • 1 avocado, in slices

Preparation

Chop the crappie in small squares.
Put finely chopped onion, salt and pepper.
Empty the juice of the lemons, for one that covers and curtains, let it stand for an hour and a half.
On the other hand chop the tomato, cucumber, cilantro and chile finely and recervar.
After an hour and a half, remove the juice excess, and pour the other ingredients, rectify the flavor with salt,

PRESENTATION

Serve on top of toast, put ketchup (sweet and sour tomato sauce), a few slices of avocado, and if you want a few drops of hot sauce.

TIPS

For a better flavor, let the mojarra rest in the lemon juice with the onion, salt and pepper.
