Ceviche at 4 Chiles with Mango

Ceviche is an ideal dish for Lent. Give your recipe a special touch with this ceviche prepared with four different sauces. We guarantee an explosion of flavors, as the mango acidito, with the spicy sauces and avocado is a true delight.

Ingredients

  • 800 grams of fish steak
  • 1/2 Cup of lemon juice to marinate
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil to marinate
  • 1 pinch of Salt to marinate
  • 1/2 Cup of tomato in cubes, without seeds
  • 1/3 of Cup of mango
  • 1/2 Cup of purple Onion finely chopped
  • 2 pieces of chile serrano finely chopped
  • 3 spoonfuls of Salsa The authentic guacamaya®
  • 3 spoonfuls of Original Cholula® sauce
  • 3 spoonfuls of Salsa México Lindo®
  • 1 1/2 spoonfuls of Salsa La Anita® Green Habanero Salsa
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 1/2 piece of avocado in a fan to decorate
  • 1 piece of radish sliced, to decorate
  • to taste of coriander to decorate

    Preparation

    Place the fish on a board and with a knife cut it into medium cubes. In a bowl place the fish and add the lemon juice, olive oil, and salt, and let marinate for 30 minutes.
    Add the tomato, mango, purple onion, serrano pepper, sauces, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix very well.
    Serve in small saucers or small glasses and decorate with avocado, radish and coriander leaves.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in a cocktail shaker and accompany with crackers.

    TIPS

    Use very fresh fish to have a better result.
