Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 piece of red onion filleted
  • 1/4 of Cup of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 2 cups of sole cut into cubes
  • 3 pieces of Chile Apple or chili, finely chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of coriander finely chopped
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 piece of sweet potato cooked and cut into thick slices
  • 1/2 Cup of whole kernel corn (corn) cooked

    Preparation

    Rest in refrigeration for 30 minutes.

    PRESENTATION
