Ceviche to the Shepherd

Do you love ceviche but want a new option? Prepare the most Mexican version of ceviche making it to the shepherd, its flavor is exquisite and a lighter version of the tacos al pastor. Accompany it with some corn toast, you will not want to lose it.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 cup fish fillet, cut into medium cubes
  • 2 tablespoons mashed tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon dried guajillo chili pepper, powdered
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups pineapple, chopped in medium cubes
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 lemon, (your juice)
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Preparation

Add fish, puree, chili, onion, cilantro, pineapple, pepper, lemon juice and salt in a bowl. Mix perfectly.
Marinate for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a bowl and serve with toasted bread.

TIPS

You can roast the pineapple and it will give it another flavor.

para que tenga el verdadero sabor del ceviche, el pescado debe estar crudo, y cocerse con el limon, de preferencia bastante limon, no solo uno y se deja marinar por al menos una hora, dependiendo del tipo de pescado

También lo puedes cocer en agua con un poco de sal y queda delicioso

Hola, el ceviche se hace con pescado crudo y al prepararse con limón se cuece con éste. En casa para evitar esto por cuestiones de sanidad, lo precocemos en el micro-ondas y luego hacemos todo lo demás; hay que vigilarlo para que no se pase o le falte. Saludos!
