Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo fish fillet
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander
  • 8 tomatoes
  • 10 serrano peppers, or to taste
  • 1 onion, big
  • 4 leaves bay (laurel)
  • 1 1/2 cups lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 boat Clamato, "Come back to life"
  • 4 avocados
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

The fillet is washed and cut into small squares. Place it in a large and extensive container and add the salt, lemon juice, bay leaves and the spoonful of olive oil, cover it and put it in the refrigerator. 1/2 hour The juice should perfectly cover our fillet in squares since this will make the marinade even.
In which our fish fillet is marinated, we are going to cut into small squares the chile, the tomato and the onion, likewise we finely chop the coriander.
After half an hour of marinating we take out the container and verify if it lacks salt or lemon and it is added depending on the case, the fillet will change from the normal tone to a white tone that will indicate that it is already marinated and we add the orange juice, Chili, tomato, onion and cilantro and stir for all the ingredients are integrated, we add the Clamato flavor "Vuelve a la Vida" and let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour more and will be ready to serve and decorate with avocado.

PRESENTATION

Serve it in bowls or shaker glass, add to your taste catsup sauce, maggi juice, "La Jaibita" hot sauce, and accompany with crackers.

TIPS

Delicioso ceviche! Uno de mis platillos favoritos sin lugar a dudas. Con galletitas saladas o tostadas más que rico, además lo he probado con agua mineral y también sabe muy rico.
