A simple recipe to prepare ceviche. With this recipe you will have a quick ceviche in less than an hour ready to delight the palate of all those who try it.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 450 grams big shrimp, peeled and clean
  • 1/2 cups lemon juice
  • 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1/4 cups Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cups fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1/2 cups jicama, slice thinly
  • 1/4 cups red onion, slice
  • 1/2 cups carrot, grated
  • 1/2 cups canned corn

Preparation

Put the shrimp in boiling water until they are cooked.
Drain and rinse the shrimp to cool them quickly.
Add the juices, the dressing, the cilantro and the other ingredients. Cover and refrigerate the ceviche for 30 minutes.
