A simple recipe to prepare ceviche. With this recipe you will have a quick ceviche in less than an hour ready to delight the palate of all those who try it.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 450 grams of big shrimp peeled and clean
  • 1/2 Cup of lemon juice
  • 1/2 Cup of orange juice
  • 1/4 of Cup of Italian dressing
  • 1/4 of Cup of coriander chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of jicama slice thinly
  • 1/4 of Cup of red onion slice
  • 1/2 Cup of carrot grated
  • 1/2 Cup of canned corn

Preparation

Put the shrimp in boiling water until they are cooked.
Drain and rinse the shrimp to cool them quickly.
Add the juices, the dressing, the cilantro and the other ingredients. Cover and refrigerate the ceviche for 30 minutes.
