Give your classic ceviche a twist with this recipe for Pineapple Fish Ceviche that tastes delicious and you will not be able to resist the combination of fish and pineapple.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 750 grams White fish, without spines and without skin
  • 400 grams pineapple, in cubes
  • 1 red onion, in thin slices
  • 3 Green Chiles, chopped
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander, chopped
  • 12 lemons, (your juice)
  • 1/2 cups corn kernels
  • 1 avocado, in cubes

Preparation

Cut the fish into cubes and cover it with the lemon juice for 8 min.
Cook the corn kernels in water with 1 pinch of salt.
Add the onion and pineapple to the fish for 10 more minutes.
After time drained the lemon.
Add the corn kernels, cilantro, avocado, onion and chili to the fish.
