Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 can sardine
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 3 chili peppers
  • 1 twig celery
  • 2 lemons
  • salt, and pepper

Preparation

Open the can of sardines, place it in a container and remove the bones. Chop the vegetables finely, add to the sardine mixture, the lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with toast or crackers.
It is best enjoyed refrigerated.

TIPS

You can add grated carrot.
