A delicious fresh shrimp ceviche marinated in lemon, chili pepper and orange soda.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo shrimp, big without head
  • 2 cups lemon juice
  • 1 cup cucumber, peeled and seeded, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup tomtato, without seed cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cups fresh coriander, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons pequin pepper
  • 1/2 cups Orange soda
  • 1 package crackers
  • 1/2 cups red onion, finely chopped

Preparation

Start by cleaning the shrimp. Peel, remove the intestines and wash them with cold water.
Marinade the shrimp in 1 cup of lemon juice and salt for 30 minutes.
Wash them. When marinated in lemon the shrimp will change to a pink color.
Place the shrimp in a deep bowl.
Add the remaining lemon juice, cucumber, tomato, cilantro, chili, soda and purple onion. Mixture.
Allow it to be marine at least 2 hours before serving.
Serve with chips or crackers.
