Preparation
Start by cleaning the shrimp. Peel, remove the intestines and wash them with cold water.
Marinade the shrimp in 1 cup of lemon juice and salt for 30 minutes.
Wash them. When marinated in lemon the shrimp will change to a pink color.
Place the shrimp in a deep bowl.
Add the remaining lemon juice, cucumber, tomato, cilantro, chili, soda and purple onion. Mixture.
Allow it to be marine at least 2 hours before serving.
Serve with chips or crackers.
