This recipe is perfect for Christmas or New Year's dinner, it is a traditional and delicious dish that can not be missed at the table. It is a recipe to share and spend the best moments with your family.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 900 grams cod, desalted
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cups potato, cooked and cubed
  • 150 milliliters extra virgin olive oil
  • 200 grams bell pepper, a can in strips
  • 2 cups mashed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cups capers
  • 1 cup olive
  • güero chile
  • basil
  • parsley

Preparation

Crumble the cod. Book it
Finely chop the onion and garlic, and then cook with a little oil until transparent.
Add the parsley, the basil and mix a few minutes.
Pour the tomato puree, chilies, capers and olives to taste.
I added the potatoes and the cod. Mix perfectly, lower the heat and boil for about ten minutes.
Season to taste.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with sprigs of parsley and basil.
