Preparation
Place the clams in the water jet to remove all the dirt and sand they may have.
Finely chop the onion and garlic cloves. Acitronar in a satin with a drizzle of olive oil.
When you are about to season, add the flour and mix well until it is completely dissolved.
Add the clams, the white wine, the tomato puree and keep on fire until the clams open.
Sprinkle with the parsley and serve hot.
