Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375 F.
Grease a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Fry the celery and onion, stirring occasionally for 1 or 2 minutes or until the vegetables are soft.
Add the noodles, tuna, soup and evaporated milk, mix well.
Empty the mixture in the prepared mold. Spread with french fries.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until French fries are browned.
