Ingredients

4 portions
  • 600 grams white fish fillet, talapia type
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 cup Water
  • 3 cups vegetal oil
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons garlic
  • 3 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
  • 8 corn tortillas, or flour tortillas
  • 1/2 heads White cabbage, chopped
  • to taste black pepper, to taste
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

Cut the fish into thick cubes.
In a deep bowl, mix the flour, 1 pinch of salt and the baking soda. Add the water little by little and mix until it forms a liquid mass.
Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over high heat for 5 minutes.
Pass the fish through the dough and bring to a boil in the oil until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes.
Remove the fish from the oil and dry with paper towels to remove excess fat.
In a deep bowl, make the special sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sour cream, tabasco, lemon juice, chopped garlic and cilantro.
Heat the tortillas in a comal or a micro and make the tacos.
For each taco add a bunch of chopped cabbage, 3-4 pieces of fish, and 2 tablespoons of the special sauce.

PRESENTATION

Arrange the tacos on a large platter and decorate with chopped chives.

todo se ve delicioso, lo empezare. Solo una pregunta, para hacer el humus de garbanzo, se muele con todo y el pellejito del garbanzo o una vez remojado se le cae y se desecha?
