Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 cup unsweetened yogurt
  • 180 grams clam, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons English sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Preparation

In a blender mix the yogurt, the English sauce, the tabasco and the chopped scallion.
Add half of the chopped clams and blend for 5 minutes.
In a deep bowl, mix the yogurt with the rest of the clams, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours (so that the flavor mixes well).

PRESENTATION

Serve on a glass plate and garnish the snack with purple onion julienne. Serve with vegetables or tortilla chips.
