Dogfish Tostadas with Chipotle Mayonnaise

With this easy recipe, in just 3 steps you will have fresh, delicious and nutritious dogfish toast with a touch of chipotle that you will not be able to resist. Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup dogfish , crumbled or in small pieces
  • 1 cup tomtato, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups olive, green, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 cup McCormick® mayonnaise with chipotle
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • to taste salt
  • enough fried or toasted corn tortilla, To accompany
  • enough coriander, to decorate
  • enough lemon, To accompany
  • enough green sauce, To accompany

Preparation

For the chipotle mayonnaise, in a bowl mix the McCormick® Mayonnaise with chipotle, garlic powder, lemon juice and salt. Reservation.
In a frying pan over medium heat, heat the olive oil and cook the onion, garlic, dogfish, tomato, olives and oregano for 15 minutes; Season with salt and pepper. Add the cilantro, mix well and remove from the heat.
Spread the toast with the chipotle mayonnaise, place the dogfish and garnish with cilantro. Accompany with lemons and green sauce.

PRESENTATION

Serve the toasts and accompany with lemons and green sauce.

TIPS

If you don't have dogfish, you can substitute it for tilapia, they will be delicious.
