These sushi corn dogs will surprise you because of their crunchy breaded panko with bread crumbs They are stuffed with salmon sushi, cream cheese and avocado. And served with a delicious chipotle soy and lime sauce. You will love this dish!

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 4 pieces of seaweeds
  • 2 cups of sushi rice cooked and seasoned
  • 200 grams of Salmon cut into strips
  • 1 Cup of cream cheese cut into strips
  • 1 piece of avocado cut into strips
  • 1 Cup of flour to bread
  • 3 pieces of egg to bread
  • 1 Cup of panko bread crumbs to bread
  • 1/2 Cup of ground bread to bread
  • enough of oil to fry
  • 1 Cup of Mayonnaise for the sauce
  • 1/8 of Cup of chipotle chile pepper for the sauce
  • 1/8 of Cup of Soy sauce for the sauce
  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice for the sauce
  • 1/8 of Cup of rice vinegar for the sauce

    Preparation

    For the rolls, cover a sushi mat with plastic wrap, cover the entire surface of the seaweed with cooked seasoned sushi rice. Place the salmon, the cream cheese and the avocado, then roll it leaving the surface of the seaweed on the outside and compress well, cut in half.
    Bread the rolls through flour, egg and panko combined with ground bread. Insert a skewer into each roll and fry in hot oil until browned, drain on absorbent paper.
    For the sauce, blend the mayonnaise with chipotle, soy, lemon juice and rice vinegar until you get a smooth mixture.
    Serve on skewers with the sauce, enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with the chipotle sauce and enjoy.

    TIPS

    When you put the rice in the seaweed, dip your hands in water to make it easier and avoid the seaweed becoming sticky.
