Filetito of fish gratinated with a creamy sauce of manchego cheese and chile de árbol. Delicious and very easy to prepare. Ideal for a family meal during the week.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 4 teaspoons LALA® butter, for the sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 chile de árbol peppers, cut into rings for the sauce and to decorate
  • 190 grams cream cheese, at room temperature, for the sauce
  • 1 cup Manchego Cheese LALA®, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups Acid cream LALA®, for the sauce
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 yellow lemons, cut in thirds
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Heat a pan and add butter and garlic, cook for 2 minutes. Add the chile de árbol and cook for a minute.
Add the cream cheese, the Manchego LALA® Cheese and incorporate the LALA® Acid Cream. Cook until there is a smooth sauce, reserve.
In a tray, place the fish fillets and bathe with the olive oil and a few drops of yellow lemon, season.
Bake for 5 minutes and remove from the oven, add the cheese sauce to the fish until they are well covered.
Bake for 10 minutes until the sauce is au gratin removed from the oven and served.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with a fresh salad.

TIPS

The fish are very delicate, take care of the cooking so that it does not dry out.
