Ingredients

10 servings
  • 4 teaspoons of LALA® butter for the sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 4 pieces of Chile de árbol pepper cut into rings for the sauce and to decorate
  • 190 grams of cream cheese at room temperature, for the sauce
  • 1 Cup of Manchego Cheese LALA® for the sauce
  • 1/2 Cup of Acid cream LALA® for the sauce
  • 3 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 2 pieces of yellow lemon cut in thirds
  • 1 pinch of Salt

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Heat a pan and add butter and garlic, cook for 2 minutes. Add the chile de árbol and cook for a minute.
    Add the cream cheese, the Manchego LALA® Cheese and incorporate the LALA® Acid Cream. Cook until there is a smooth sauce, reserve.
    In a tray, place the fish fillets and bathe with the olive oil and a few drops of yellow lemon, season.
    Bake for 5 minutes and remove from the oven, add the cheese sauce to the fish until they are well covered.
    Bake for 10 minutes until the sauce is au gratin removed from the oven and served.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany with a fresh salad.

    TIPS

    The fish are very delicate, take care of the cooking so that it does not dry out.
