This recipe is from my mom and it is delicious they will love it for this Lent

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 190 milliliters dark beer
  • 1/2 kilos flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch baking soda
  • 1 pinch White pepper
  • 1 pinch Swiss Knorr
  • red snapper fillets
  • oils

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients with a balloon whisk in a bowl.
The fillet is cut into long strips, I recommend the red snapper or the dorado. But I leave it to your choice.
In a frying pan or high bowl pour the oil and let it heat without burning the oil.
Take one of the fillets, dip it in the mixture and take it directly to the oil when it begins to brown on one side, turn it so that it is even.
Drain well or use a servitoalla to remove excess oil do the same with the other fillets if you finish the dough prepares more.

PRESENTATION

You can accompany it with jalapeño seasoning, lettuce and mayonnaise are delicious.

TIPS
