This is a delicious and exquisite dish for Lent, since you can enjoy all the flavors of the sea with the fish fillet and the variety of seafood (crab, shrimp and octopus).

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cubes chicken soup
  • 4 tablespoons McCormick® Minced Garlic
  • 4 tablespoons black pepper
  • salt
  • 4 Fish fillets
  • 8 slices yellow cheese
  • 1 can Nestle media creama, nestlé
  • 1 can Carnation milk
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 15 chopsticks
  • 1/2 kilos crab
  • 1/2 kilos octopus
  • 1/2 kilos shrimp
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1 can mushroom, big

Preparation

The fillets are seasoned, stuffed with seafood in pieces, and put chopsticks around. Put the pan to heat with the oil, put the fillets to brown.
The cheese is liquefied with the half cream and cubes of chicken broth, put a little milk and sprinkle and put a few minutes in the pan. Once hot, the cream is emptied of a large can of sliced ​​mushrooms.
The fried steaks are put on a platter and bathed with cream cheese and mushrooms.
They are eaten with a salad of green vegetables with lettuce or soup.
A natural melon water is made, to eat that rich steak.

PRESENTATION

The plate is decorated with a green salad and a guacamole.
