Filleted Fish in Guacamole

This recipe for fish fillet in avocado sauce is excellent either for a routine dinner or with guests.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 Fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons butter, Light
  • 1/2 onions, cut in rajas
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 cup milk
  • chicken broth powder

Preparation

Season the fillets with salt, pepper and a few drops of soy sauce and set aside.
In the blender mix the avocados, pepper to taste, a teaspoon of chicken stock and the cup of milk, to obtain the avocado sauce.
Fry the steaks in the butter for 7 or 8 minutes.
Add the onion and cook for 2 more minutes.
Serve the steak, a little onion on top and finally the sauce.

PRESENTATION

You can accompany with white rice or vegetable salad.

TIPS

Depending on the size of the avocados will be the amount of milk.
