Preparation
Season the fillets with salt, pepper and a few drops of soy sauce and set aside.
In the blender mix the avocados, pepper to taste, a teaspoon of chicken stock and the cup of milk, to obtain the avocado sauce.
Fry the steaks in the butter for 7 or 8 minutes.
Add the onion and cook for 2 more minutes.
Serve the steak, a little onion on top and finally the sauce.
