Rich fish Acapulco style. With Philadelphia cheese, vegetables and soy. It is a very fresh recipe to prepare fish but you will be impressed by how rich it is.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup carrot, chopped
  • 1/2 cups celery, chopped
  • 1 cup mushroom, chopped
  • 1 cup spinach, raw strips
  • 2 tablespoons Philadephia cheese
  • 4 Fish fillets, Nile white
  • 1 cup tamarind, peeled and boneless
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 cup Water

Preparation

In a pan, place the chopped vegetables and bring them to the boil.
Spread the cream cheese on the fish fillets.
Fill them with the cooked vegetables.
Roll the fillets and close them with the help of chopsticks.
Place them on a refractory and bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cut the fish into slices 1-2 cm thick.
For the sauce: Add the tamarind pulp to a saucepan.
Add the cup of water and bring to a boil.
Add 2 teaspoons of soy sauce and stir.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and wait for the sauce to warm. Blend and serve over the fish rolls.
