Delicious white fish that you can prepare in Lent marinated with a special sauce of white wine and dill in addition to the unique touch of the mikuzka sauce.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 white fish steaks, base type
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 bunch dill weed
  • 1 bunch arugula, cool
  • extra virgin olive oils, Bertolli
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 glasses white wine
  • 1/4 onions, slice in segments
  • 10 teaspoons mikuzka sauce

Preparation

Put the white wine in a bowl, cut the dill leaves, and the arugula without stems. Add a clove of finely chopped garlic and add the onion slices.
Finally add olive oil, mikuzka sauce and mix well. Submerge the fish fillets and marinate at least 4 hours in the refrigerator. To the last one puts the salt and it is cooked to everything to slow fire and in a well covered pan. Bon Appetite!
