Delicious white fish that you can prepare in Lent marinated with a special sauce of white wine and dill in addition to the unique touch of the mikuzka sauce.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 pieces of white fish fillet base type
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 bunch of fresh dill
  • 1 bunch of arugula cool
  • extra virgin olive oils Bertolli
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 glasses of White wine
  • 1/4 of piece of onion slice in segments
  • 10 teaspoons of mikuzka style sauce

    Preparation

    Put the white wine in a bowl, cut the dill leaves, and the arugula without stems. Add a clove of finely chopped garlic and add the onion slices.
