Prepare these crunchy and spicy breaded fish sticks for lunch. They are very juicy inside and have a bit of Parmesan cheese that makes them unique. They are accompanied with a delicious purple cabbage salad.

Preparation
Salpimenta the fish bars everywhere. Reservation.
In a bowl, mix the Bimbo ® Classic Ground Bread with chili seeds, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Reservation.
Beat the fish sticks through flour, egg and bread mixture.
In a deep pan, heat the oil over medium heat and fry the fish sticks until they turn a golden color. Drain on absorbent paper.
For the salad, in a bowl mix the purple cabbage with the white cabbage, the carrot and the parsley. Add the mayonnaise, the vinegar, the mustard, the coriander seeds, the salt and the pepper.
Serve the bars with the salad.
