Preparation
Cook the fish in a bowl and with a fork crumble, add the onion, garlic, parsley, mustard, and salt and pepper.
Spray a saucepan with 2 shots of PAM® Oliva and add the flour without stopping to move, empty the milk little by little, until a thick mixture is obtained.
Add the fish to this mixture and keep moving.
Form croquettes with the mixture, reserve.
Beat the eggs and pass the balls through the flour, then through the beaten egg, and finally through the ground bread.
