4 portions
  • 4 Fish fillets, mackrel, tilapia or red snapper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tomatoes, in slices
  • 1/4 onions, in rings
  • 2 jalapeno Peppers, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoons black pepper
  • enough fresh coriander, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
