This recipe is very Mexican. This fish is accompanied with oaxaca cheese au gratin, seasoned with epazote, which gives it a more original flavor.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 4 Fish fillets, mojarra or any of your preference
  • 1 bar achiote
  • 1 piece onion
  • 1 orange, its juice
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • 1 top vinegar
  • salt, the needed
  • nopales
  • olive oils

Preparation

Integrate all the ingredients in the blender and with this mixture put the steaks to macerate, minimum 3 hrs. Preferably leave all night.
Add a few strips of olive oil and add the fish, cook over medium heat and let them seal a little, add the cheese in strips so that gratine soon. Serve accompanied by sliced ​​apple-tree chili, and roasted nopalitos with a touch of olive oil and pepper. Enjoy !.
