Delicious fish recipe baked on the side. It is very simple and very quick to prepare. You will be surprised that with so little effort you have such a rich meal. Try it!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 Fish fillets, without scraper: cod or turbot or sole
  • 4 cups potato, cooked
  • white wine, chamomile or amontillado type
  • paprika, from the vera
  • 1 onion
  • extra virgin olive oils
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

On the baking tray we put vegetable paper for the oven. We put a bed of potatoes and onions neither thin nor fat, we put the salt and a "majunge" that we will have prepared with wine, oil and paprika from the vera. In a glass of water we put a chorreoncito of oil (like 3 tablespoons, a finger of wine and half a spoonful of paprika.
Sprinkle the potatoes and the onion with the majunge and wait for 20 or 25 minutes with the oven very strong: 180-200ºC.
After this time we put the previously salted fish on the potatoes with the skin out and wait another 10 or 15 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish and ready.
